This 100% polyester patch for sublimation measures approximately 9cm x 6cm (3.5" x 2.5") and comes with adhesive.
These can be applied to the hat with the adhesive provided, but I recommend using a glue like e6000 or Gorilla Glue for fabric.
Pressing instructions:
Mirror image. Press at 185°C 365°F for 50 to 60 seconds with medium pressure.
Iron on adhesive to substrate 270 - 285°c for 10 to 15 seconds with light pressure.
