Measurements of the sublimation area are 5.875" sq or 15cm sq. The finished depth is 1.5" or 4cm.

Pressing instructions:
Press at 375f (191°c) for 55 seconds, medium pressure. Use a soft mat like a pressing pillow under the sublimation area for best results.
These instructions are just a guideline and settings will vary depending on the sublimation setup you have.
